Northdale is a large Tampa community in Northwestern Hillsborough County that consists of approximately 9,000 homes on about 8.5 acres. With a great central Tampa location, wonderful nearby amenities like state and county parks, YMCA, public library and excellent restaurants and shopping, it is easy to see why Northdale is such a popular community.
Northdale sponsors several annual events throughout the year such as an Easter Egg Hunt, The 5K Pumpkin Run and 1 Mile Walk, Family Fun Festival and Parade, Concerts in the Park, Holiday Lighting Contest, and Community Garage Sale.
While Northdale does not have a homeowner’s association with the associated fees, it does have a civic association with by-laws and deed restrictions. Membership in the association is optional and does require a fee. The community is made up of 15 “Villages” and deed restrictions vary depending on the specific “Village” where your home resides. The association maintains a website with links to deed restrictions, newsletters and other valuable information about the community.
