Carrollwood Village is one of the largest communities in Northwest Hillsborough County. With over 3,500 homes, townhomes and condos on almost 12 square miles there isn't much that this community doesn't offer potential homeowners.
This self-contained community boasts the Carrollwood Cultural Center, a championship golf course, a member's only country club, assisted living facility, and a child day care service, as well as plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.
The "Village" as it is affectionately known hosts several events throughout the year such as Village Fest, Kids Day at the Village and Tour de Village (a 5k run across Carrollwood).
There are deed restrictions and homeowner association fees in the community. There are three phases of homeowner's associations and the homeowner's association is professionally managed. The association maintains a website with links to deed restrictions, newsletters and other valuable information about the community.
Carrollwood Village is a premier community with a great central Tampa location that is beautifully maintained.
